So today is my 30th Birthday. Can't say I'm happy about it (lol) especially since J isn't here to celebrate with me, but we can make up for all of the missed things when he gets home.
But c'est la vie! When I look back on things, especially in the past year I (with the help of J) have done some amazing accomplishments when it comes to money and debt.
We have paid close to $60,000 of our debt off (includes credit cards, car and loan payments), we bought a house, we have a large emergency fund and it continues to grow.
While I am not happy to be leaving my 20s (who ever is, really?) I know that we are starting a new journey in our lives and why not start with a new decade lol
Finally, J and I are in the same age catagory! :P (he's 37)

What a way to look at turning 30, catching up to J. I think you both pulled off some amazing feats in the past year and I'm happy to have had the opportunity to follow along on your journey. It's been inspiring and so much more. I can't wait to see what another year brings.
